GETTING YOUR GOODS
For your convenience we provide two options for you to receive your purchase.

Free collection - You can collect your purchase directly from us in St Francis Bay, Eastern Cape. If you choose this option, we’ll contact you shortly after settlement to arrange a
mutually suitable time for collection of your purchased goods.

Paid delivery - We also provide a delivery service where our products are shipped via reputable courier companies across the country.

Once your order has been collected by the courier, a tracking number will be sent to you. Delivery takes place during office hours to the address that you provide and typically takes between 1-5 days, excluding weekends or public holidays. You can always use your tracking number to see where your parcel is.
Please note that orders will only be shipped once we have received payment in full and it reflects in our bank account.

RETURNS + REFUNDS
Damaged goods
We hope this will not be the case but, if your order arrives damaged, I AM BCO will either repair or exchange your order, on condition that:

The customer states clearly on the courier companies delivery note, that the packaged and it's content delivered, have been damaged. The courier company will need this for their records.

The customer sends through an email directly to I AM BCO -hello@iambco.com with photographed images of the damaged product within 2 working days of receiving the order.

The product is returned in the condition it was delivered in, including packaging, documentation and any user manuals and accessories that accompanied the delivery.

The product is returned in the condition it was delivered in, including packaging, documentation and any user manuals and accessories that accompanied the delivery.
I AM BCO will arrange that the same courier company collect the items and will cover any shipping fees for the return of the damaged goods.
The onus is on the customer to ensure their availability so that the goods can be collected within ten days of the email being sent to I AM BCO, confirming the delivery of items purchased was damaged.
Upon receiving the goods back, I AM BCO will assess the extent of the damage and will make all reasonable efforts to repair or replace the product. If it is not possible to repair or replace the product, I AM BCO will only then refund the purchase price, within 30days of receipt of the written notice.

If a customer returns an order for any reason other than the product being damaged, I AM BCO will refund the full cost of the product, excluding shipping fees if:

Cancellation of orders
If an order is cancelled within 48 hours before the product is shipped there will be no fees, and the full purchase price will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.
If the order is cancelled after 48 hours and the product has been shipped. Then the customer will be refunded the cost of the order less shipping and return shipping fees, within 30 days of cancellation.
Either way, we want to ensure our customers are happy with their purchase and will do our best to make sure we deliver on a quality product, each and every time.
